Products: You have the right to cancel up to 7 days of receipt of products, due to the nature of the products, if the seal has been broken there will be no refund. However in the event of the incorrect product being delivered then an exchange will be completed, again as long as they product seal has not been broken.
If you wish to cancel your order, your full payment excluding delivery cost will be returned and the goods will be returned at your own cost.
Treatments & Services: When treatments are purchased as part of a package or monthly membership non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.
A doctor’s note is required if you are unable to have further treatments, and then only 50% of the treatment package outstanding will be refunded.
The refund will be returned via bacs payment or refund onto the Visa/Debit card, no cash will be given.
No refund will be issued after 12 months of the original purchase date, regardless of personal circumstance or health conditions.
