Delivery: You have the right to cancel up to 7 days of receipt of products, due to the nature of the products, if the seal has been broken there will be no refund. So if you wish to return the products you can do at your own cost, and the refund will be issued once received and confirmed not been opened or used.
In the event of the incorrect product being delivered then an exchange will be completed, again as long as they product seal has not been broken. If this is Jen's error then the cost of delivery will be covered. If you wish to just cancel your order, your full payment excluding delivery cost will be returned and the goods will be returned at your own cost.
